Hi, Jeff,

In all my recaching, I was able to solve most of my problems, but I just have one stubborn listing from which I have deleted files, added the new ones, derived, recached, and it just WON'T show the correct info. Can you please delete it and I'll just redo from scratch? Thanks.

Hi, I'm sorry I just noticed this reply today....

When I upload the new PDF, with the added correct pages, no matter what I do this new PDF will not appear in the listing. It continues to be the old version that is missing the Sept 30 pages.

You can see in the file tree that I have at some point tried to attach a pdf called "mw2010-2011_complete_muhl"; however, the pdf keeps reverting to the old "mw2010-2011_muhl" image. I have deleted everything and re-uploaded the new file at least 3 times, and have re-derived and re-cached, and this keep happening.I have changed other PDFs in other listings with no problems, but the same actions just won't work here.

Thanks for any advice.

based on https://archive.org/download/mw2010-2011_complete_muhl/ the only pdf in the item is mw2010-2011_muhl.pdf. you need to replace the existing pdf with the new one and then we can derive it.

I understand, and I have deleted and attached the "complete" pdf numerous times, with the same result. I will do it again now (of course it will work now that another set of eyes is looking) and will check back on it in the morning.

Thanks

I can't upload anything now. I went back this morning and when I click "Change the files" I get this:

https://ia601306.us.archive.org/edit.php?identifier=mw2010-2011_complete_muhl

I want to learn how to fix it, but at this point really isn't it easier to just delete the listing and let me do a fresh one from scratch? :-)

i can do that but that identifier will not be available for a new item.

You should be able to use the "Classic Uploader" but to add a new file at https://ia601306.us.archive.org/edit.php?identifier=mw2010-2011_complete_muhl

I'm sorry, but every time I click that link I get a blank screen that states "Item has no metadata." I can't get to the classic uploader or anything. See attached screenshot.

Now that I've deleted and uploaded the "complete" pdf, I'm getting the error message that the "item has no metadata." Never seen that before. Argh.
